Refund policy

We offer a replacement within 14 days of receipt of delivery / collection of all items purchased from us.

As long as the purchased item is not defective, the buyer is responsible for paying the return cost.

To return your purchased item, please email us within 14 days of the item's arrival.

Refund (if applicable)

When you receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notifying you that you have received your return.

If the returned item is okay, the refund will be processed and

Refunds are delayed or missing (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially notified.

Then contact the bank. In most cases, it will take some time for the refund to be posted.

If you have done all this and have not yet received a refund, please contact INQUIRY.


Items for sale (if applicable)

Only regular price items can be refunded Article 1 Membership is possible, but unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.


Exchange (if applicable)

Replace the item only if the item is defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to INQUIRY.

If the product has been damaged during shipping, we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us pictures of the Donabe box, the shipping box, and the product if there are dents or scratches or any other damages.

In the case of a limited number of products, we may not be able to prepare the same product.



You are responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. If you are shipping items over JPY 10,000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that you will receive the returned product. Shipping costs returned to us are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive will vary.
