Beautiful and Highly Functional Cutting Boards

I purchased both the large and medium sizes of these cutting boards and I love both of them. I already knew that I would probably really like these, as I always use softer wood cutting boards. Wood is just far superior to plastic, or to other hard materials, which can really amplify the edge damage and dulling of kitchen knives. These boards have an appropriate level of hardness to ensure both ease of wear on your knives, and to provide good blade contact when you are cutting, which helps to prevent the potentially dangerous knife slippage and wrist turn-outs that are so common with cheap plastic cutting boards.

Then there’s the fact that the Hiba wood is well known for its anti-bacterial and anti-mildew properties. Add that to the fact that these boards are easy to grip and turn while working with them, and the fact that they give off a nice woodsy smell, and you really can’t go wrong.
