I wish the drawing of kimono mom had a hair bun on the bottom left side of her hair. it would just look perfect 💝
I have purchased the original bottle from Japan and it tasted delicious and different from any other soy sauce brands I have bought. I recently purchased the new bottle made in U.S.A. It has a very strong tamari soy sauce and a smoky flavor. I can't really taste the "umami" flavor..... the flavor that made Kimomo Mom's sauce distinct....The new bottle is heavy with tamari soy sauce... I just wish I can get a hold of the bottle made in Japan. I will make use of the new bottle but the umami taste isn't just there. I need more of the shiitake mushroom and kelp.
I love this sauce so much this flavor ticks all the right boxes for sweet salty yummy. Great in ramen, makes a spectacular soup dumpling even more fantastic. I just love it
